Dr. Serene Yu, DDS
Family dentist in Nepean, ON
Dr. Serene Yu graduated from the Dental School at the University of Toronto with Honors Distinction in 2001. After a year of hospital residency in the US and five years as an associate, she opened her own practice in Ottawa in 2007 and has been at this location for about 18 years.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, from restorative care and the prosthetic phase of implant therapy to root canal treatment and oral surgery. Above all, she hopes to build a trusting relationship with each patient under her care, and to cultivate a positive, supportive environment where everyone in the practice can learn, grow and thrive.
Meet our team
You will be greeted by our friendly administrative staff and cared for by Dr. Serene Yu and Dr. Jesse Palleck, hygienists Anne, Saduf and Pamela, and dental assistants Yetenayet and Najma. Denturist Adam Lima also joins us twice a month for patients who need dentures.
